Ken Ludwig has worked for several years in the organizational development field in a number of public sector organizations as well as with a variety of independent clients, providing consulting and facilitation to build organizational, team and leadership effectiveness. Since his retirement from the Saskatchewan public service in 2015, Ken has devoted much of his attention, through his independent consulting firm Short Creek Consulting, to assisting non-profit community-based organizations. He has been pleased to work with UCAS & ADPA on strategic planning and governance.
