Agnes has extensive experience in the Public and Corporate sector. She currently works with the Government of Alberta as Assistant Director, Alternative and Accessible Communications. As a former employee of the Alberta Ministry of Indigenous Relations, she has expertise dealing with the indigenous population. Agnes has a wealth of expertise in managing a variety of stakeholders and implementing the Government Communication Strategy. She has facilitated the communication of government information to Albertans who are not proficient in English. Agnes also has extensive understanding of the creation of the Protection of Privacy Act, Freedom of Information, and Privacy Legislation. She has also helped various Ministries develop their communication strategies and lead their projects for stakeholder management, engagement, and management of the web and social media. Additionally, she has led stakeholder engagement initiatives for newcomer communities that are isolated by language barriers.
